These terms and conditions apply to all retail operations provided by UNE Life Pty Ltd, including The Shop (textbooks, merchandise, and general retail), Sleek Hair & Beauty salon, vending machine operations, and any other retail services we operate across the University of New England campuses. Each section below outlines specific policies relevant to different aspects of our services, while maintaining consistent standards across all our operations.

Your Consumer Rights: Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are always entitled to remedies for goods or services that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, regardless of the specific policies outlined below. Where specific services have additional terms (such as appointment policies for Sleek, or digital access for vending machines), these will be provided at the point of service or purchase. In case of any inconsistency between general and specific terms, the specific service terms will apply to that transaction.
